Chapter 17: The battle over the walls. Nehemiah 2:20.
When Nehemiah determined to rebuild the walls around Jerusalem he met powerful opposition from his enemies. When you determine to rebuild spiritual walls, you will face similar opposition from your enemy satan. The strategies of the enemy of Nehemiah are identical strategies Satan uses to attack spiritual walls.
From external attacks,
Direct criticism, mocking and scorn, false accusations, compromise. Nehemiah did not compromise. He didn’t conform to wrong lifestyle and principles around him.
Also you will face threats and fears. The enemy made fearful threats against Nehemiah and his workers.
From internal attacks, attacks of Satan are made from within the body of Christ….
Discouragement
Weak believers : the enemy uses weak workers to defeat a construction project.
This are realities we face daily as believers let us be watchful……
