Chapter 9: power principle three: The power of love.
1Cor.13.13 – There are three things that will endure–faith, hope, and love–and the greatest of these is love.
In this chapter I have learned the greatest principles of Spiritual power, the power of love. The power of love is greater than:
– tongues given by the holy Spirit: someday these tongues will cease. Whether you speak in tongues known and unknown to men, it is a powerless message without love.
– knowledge and understanding: knowledge is powerful, but someday human knowledge will vanish. Love will remain.
– faith : Even if you have enough faith to move mountains it is nothing if you don’t have love.
– martyrdom: even if you were to die for the cause of the Gospel, it is a worthless sacrifice unless done in love.
All other principles of power, all Spiritual gifts, all ministry must operate through the power of love, or they are useless. When everything else fails, the power of love will succeed.
O yes love reigns above all. It’s the only power that covers a multitude of sins
