Chapter 9: God’s battle.
There’s a battle that God’s striving to gather the souls of men into Christ, while satan is fighting to scatter them.
Jesus came into the world to destroy the works of the enemy thereby opposing the devils plan by:
– revealing the bondage of sin, forgiving sins, stressed the heart condition, rather than the deception of the outward appearance, He healled the sin, He raised the dead and released people from demonic powers.
So Jesus came to destroy the works of satan from the minds , souls and spirit of men.
Actually though Jesus came to give peace of God and with God to men, he still created division which stermed from the fact that man’s activity on earth, determines his destination at the end- talking about the narrow way and the broad way and the gap between the rich and the old.
Jesus gave us six battle plans- the word of God, delegation of power,prayer, fasting, keys of the kingdom of God, the name of Jesus.
He gave us some keys to the kingdom of God.:- the power to bind and loose in Jesus name.
Jesus won without sin, we can win too. We are in a war, but not as victims but as victors
