Chapter 21:Dealing with demonic powers
To effectively wage war, you must know how to deal with demonic powers that oppress,possess and obsess.
These can be found in three groups: seducing spirits which possess the spirit of man, unclean spirits which attack the soul of man, the spirit of infirmity which possess the boy of men.
Jesus Christ accepted the fact that satan is the ruler of the host of Demond . So he taught the reality and power of Demond.He talked of casting demons, and he casted them out.
Demons are used by satan to operate in wars against unbelievers ,control territories,work through personalities to accomplish satanic objectives. He uses them to war against man’s body,soul and spirit.He releases the spirit of infirmity, seducing spirits in man. He Sears the consciences , seduces ,entices,tempt,allure,interest,fascinates,excited,arouse,attract and deceive individuals.
We also call his spirits unclean spirits which afflict the souls of men and are responsible for immoral acts, unclean thoughts, temptations etc
Demons oppress,individuals by causing depression, create negative circumstances, insert wrong thoughts into the minds of People, immoralilty , unbelief, and manipulate men into sin.
They obsess individuals with strange desres and appetites for strange foods, drinks and drugs.
They possess humans with strange attitudes.
It’s important to note that demons can not possess a true believer for without sin, there cany be demons. They get into individuals through generations, the mind,sinful actions,desires, an empty house, permission etc
All believers can deal with demons. You can:
– detect demonic presence by discerning the spirits, to know if the person is obsessed, possessed or oppressed.
To overcome the:
– begin to build your faith by reading the word of God.
– Build the faith of others, for N case of a team
– choose the place if the ministry
Choose the time for délivrance meeting
– conduct a brief interview with the concerned
– Determine the specific problem.
True forgiveness comes by recognizing what was done to us was wrong, confess your hurt to God and ask for healing,ask God to help you to forgive others,recognize that God extends forgiveness to you as you forgive others.
-Lead the person to Christ
-Determine if it’s time to pray
Pray the prayer of délivrance
– do follow up.
