Biblical Manag:
Conflicts & Discipline
A conflict is a fight or quarrel and discipline means correction of those who are wrong.
A good leader should be able to manage these two effectively to establish peace in the church and to ensure success in the kingdom building.
God’s world is the key to solving conflicts and bringing discipline.
Note that there will always be conflict because those led by the spirit of God will always resist those carnal ones motivated by satan, the flesh and pride.
To prevent conflicts we need to raise up spiritually matured chrétiens, bleep People informed, build strong relations, admit when you make a mistake, be clear in your purpose and ministry plans, establish clear rules, and communicate them., be available to your co workers so as to know their problems, operate your ministry on biblical principles.
When a conflict artistes deal with it immediately and, pray for wisdom, identify the real problem, let people that are directly concerned with the problem provide possible solutions, bring the two at conflict is ogetger and solve it, deal with the conflict with a proper attitude. Deal with a conflict at a time.
Discipline is necessary to bring back order to the ministry immediately they occur.vdiscipline comes to restore a person, who’s denying the word of God, to correct sin, protect Christian testimony, and to encourage the church and to encourage members to remain faithful.
To resolve the conflict:
Go to the erring brother individually and if he refuses, take another brother if that fails, take it to the church.only leaders with proper spirits should solve conflicts.if correction is refused exclude the defirter from fellowship and he’s deposited.
Before you discipline someone, ask your self what God says about it, how will Jesus handle it, how will you want to be treated if you were in that position.
