Chapter 10: Training leaders and followers
Leadership training should begin in childhood where children, or youngsters are prepared to take part in the body of Christ . Training should immediately follow conversion at any age.
God gives gifts to some but some are born talented. Everyone is called to be both leader and a follower.
A good leader is first a follower so they must be trained to first follower before leading. Not everyone is called to leadership position in the church but everyone leads in the same from time to time.
Training others is an important responsibility because the people you train will be like you .
We train workers to fulfill the great commission given to him by Jesus.
Select those you will train on the basis of educational experiences.
Depend on God ,make a matter on prayer,take the initiative ,look at potentials,not problems,make the cost clear
Select those who meet basic requirements and train this by association, consécration, vision, instructions, démonstration, participation, delegation,or you can start a training center
