It’s Gods plan that the church be the spiritual force you spread the gospel to the nations of the world. You analyse existing Christian organization for these purposes to identify the purpose of organization it’s unique part in fulfilling the commission of the church fulfil it’s mission to the world, to determine the present effectiveness of the organization and to formulate plans for the organization to more effectively fulfil it’s God given purpose.
An analysis of an existing organization includes study of it’s purpose,plan, strengths, weaknesses, environmental resources and programs.
To gather information for your analysis by prayer study of written material, observation, interview. To analyze an organization, look at it’s purpose ,plans, strengths, weaknesses, environment, resources,programs, miscellaneous items.you must apply the results of the analysis and make an organizational checklist
