Biblical management 3: The Anionting to lead.
The lord wants leaders to be successful and to impact the world for the kingdom of God.
There are biblical qualifications for leaders which are neccessary. Spiritual gift, skills, education and experience. But the most inportant thing for leaders is to be anointed by the holy spirit. I have learn from this lesson that wuthout the anointing of God you cannot effectively lead, organize, mobilize, or evangelize.
God does not anoint based on education, intelligence, experience, or abilities. The anionting of God is not based on outward appearance. It is based on the attitude of the
heart. God looks at what you are inside.
Purpose
