Chapter 13: Natural Parallels Of Spiritual Warfare.
God uses natural principles to explain what is happening in the spirit world. We can understand what we see in the natural world. So when Parallels are drawn between somethings in the natural and spiritual world then we can understand the spiritual because of the natural. Jesus used an example of a natural havest to illustrate the great Spiritual havest to which He is calling laborers.
I will share on some of the natural natural principles of warfare that are Parallels of spiritual battle.
1). Difinition of war: a simple difinition of war in the natural world is an act of force intended to compel our opponent to fulfill our Will. It is also application in the Spiritual world. Satan is constantly using the forces of evil to compel you to fulfill his will.
2). A wartime lifestyle.
When a nation is at war, the lifestyle of that nation is affected. Men give up their jobs to fight for their nation. They spend hours in preparation and training. Funds are drawn from the economy to aid the battle. Resident are alert to invasion and extra guard are posted at national borderline.
In Spiritual warfare many believers are totally unaware of the warfare raging around them and have not adopted a wartime lifestyle. Church fellowships, plan programs and parties but they do not have battle plan. They live in luxury and ease while the enemy is claiming the souls of unumbered men and women without Jesus Christ . Members are discurage, depressed and living fleshly sins .. they are victims of war let us be conscious my beloved brother and sisters oh..
