Decision making is a difficult task in leadership because décisions you make on small things matters can influence your life over a long period of time.
A decision is a choice . You must find an answer for a real life situation and decide what action you will take.
The biblical approach to decision making is not voting by the people. Democratic process in church produces compromise, legalism and competition. Rules of order , motions and votes limit revelations by the Holy spirit.
To make decisions identify the problem, follow the model for decision making, identify various options, select the best solutions, communicate the decision, implement the decision, evaluate the decision.
Never make a decision when you are angry, upset or under pressure. Don’t make decisions too quickly.
